The Concept Zero brand has always placed product safety and quality first. Each of our displays come with a custom made child resistant neodymium magnetic stylus and a child resistant cap. Now that we are confident with our chemistry and safety features, we are primarily focusing on aesthetics and artistry.
+ Are ferrofluid displays for children?
No, the display are made of glass and use strong neodymium magnets. All of our displays are for adults 18+ years of age.
+ Is the ferrofluid dangerous?
No. We only use education grade ferrofluids EFh1 series MSDS
+ Is the suspension liquid flammble or dangerous?
No.
+ What would happen if I touched ferrofluid with my finger?
You would get a dirty finger, and its very difficult to get off. Wash your hands with soap and water.
+ Can I leave my display outside or in a car?
No, this is a delicate glass item. Depending on where you live, temperatures can reach above 100 degrees or below freezing, which may cause the glass bottle to fail due to heat or freezing if exposed for a long time. The ideal temperature for your display is 65-70 degree.
+ What if the glass breaks?
Discard the broken glass and soak up liquids immediately. Ferrofluid will stain anything it comes in contact with. Avoid direct contact with skin and wash any contacted areas thoroughly with soap and water.
